When we think thoughts, the vibrations of those thoughts wave out from us much like a rock thrown into a pond creates circular waves that spread out throughout the pond. The accumulation and interaction of all the thought vibrations emanating from every person is what makes up mass consciousness. Mass consciousness is at a certain vibratory frequency, and this frequency is determined by the overall frequency of thoughts being emitted by all humans on the planet.

It only takes 144,000 people raising the vibratory frequency of their thoughts one degree to raise the overall vibratory frequency of mass consciousness by a fraction of a degree. A fraction of a degree is a lot for mass consciousness considering its size and entrenched density. For all of mass consciousness to raise its frequency one whole degree usually takes thousands of years, although we are currently in a hyper accelerated frequency change window in which we will see a whole degree of frequency change in less than a hundred years.

So if all of our thoughts feed mass consciousness then we cannot help but raise the frequency of mass consciousness when we raise the vibrations of our own thoughts. A natural tendency for many spiritually minded people who are trying to raise their vibrations is to separate themselves from mass consciousness as much as they can, doing their work on themselves in quiet and solitude. Of course, one would have to leave the planet to fully get away from mass consciousness. This is fine if one learns how to control one's own vibrations and not be affected by mass consciousness, if one learns to direct their thoughts/energy into mass consciousness rather than let their thoughts be affected by the waves of mass consciousness coming in. Once this is mastered, and the directional integrity of our energy is maintained, then we can start changing the planet.

Knowing that we can affect mass consciousness with each of our thoughts we can start putting thoughts of unconditional love and joy into every situation we encounter; into every person we meet. When we start doing this, every person we meet will be seen as a grand opportunity to send a wave of unconditional love and joy into the pond of mass consciousness. Quiet and solitude will still be important, but so will be the desire to interact with others. Every opportunity to uplift someone will be embraced because the value of that will become obvious.

How many times a day do you uplift someone? Do you try to uplift everyone you meet? How many times do you watch someone walk by and you make a judgment about that person based on what you see? Judgments keep the vibrational levels where they are. How many times do we interact with people in a perfunctory way, wishing the encounter would quickly be over? How many times do we mentally cuss out other drivers or pedestrians or shop clerks? This reinforces the dense vibrations. To drop all judgments and mentally beam unconditional love and joy into another person uplifts them above judgments and helps loosen them from dense vibrations. If you see someone who is being a total jerk, thoughts like, "Oh what a jerk!" reinforces that behavior. By sending them nothing but pure love, it helps them see their own behavior and the causes of it, which helps them to rise above it. Sending pure love energy into them helps melt the goo that is keeping them stuck. Sometimes a person acting rudely is their way of trying to free themselves from some of their own personal goo. We can uplift them or reinforce the goo. When we reinforce the goo, we can get stuck in it ourselves. When we become aware of our thoughts and what they are doing, then we slowly become aware that we truly create our own realities.
